- Review your appointment details and submit your appointment request.
Once your preferred provider accepts your request, you will then receive a confirmation with your appointment details.

Eluxx’s cancellation policy for clients canceling scheduled appointments is as follows:
- If a client cancels their appointment 24 hours or more in advance, they will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- If a client cancels their appointment less than 24 hours in advance, they will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00.
- If a client does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged the cancellation fee of $20.00.
- If you and the provider agree on a new time, then at the provider’s and Eluxx’s discretion, the cancellation fee may be refunded or credited to a future appointment.
Eluxx is planning for new ways to make rescheduling appointments more seamless for both the Customer and Provider. Eluxx will communicate when new updates are on the way!
